@prarit Dropped all 13 per-driver commits as requested.

However I honestly do not understand the reasoning. Per-driver commits with
similar changes have been applied in the past. E.g. e582ea6a9572e,
01b34c7056601, 6350098c0964e, e0085856e8223

Should these not have been accepted in the first place?

One can even argue that 7e761c32ef94a, 5cc4742a2435c, fa7b1655d4cfc,
df94c0106ec38, 1217d330b082f, e0be2cf6271ee, 71fc877b2e067, 117432b276e68,
96d74f2b9f3f7, d755f2826bf24 are similar per-driver commits.

Just trying to understand the workflow here...
