Your timeline is off: the v5.12 kernel predictions: merge window closes on Sunday, 2021-03-07 and release on Sunday, 2021-05-02 Fedora 34 will ship with 5.11. If that is the case, I don't see why they can't be brought back to 5.11 if they are non invasive.
