Maybe drop the html docs, and re-introduce the man pages? 1) The Base OS group is pushing to reduce build requires for the Base packages as much as possible. Just building the documentation that, to be quite honest, very few people ever read required crazy things to be dragged into the buildroot. 2) The way they were handled in the kernel.spec is terrible and required a special koji hack that nothing else needs. If someone wants to add a completely separate kernel-doc or kernel-manpage package then I'm all for it. I'll even be happy to review it.
