When in doubt, file a bug.  I've not heard anything that would lead me
to believe it's expected.  Assign it to xorg-x11-drv-nouveau.  If it
turns out there's some kind of conflict between the kernel and
userspace drivers, we can adjust the spec file but I would honestly be
surprised if that was the case.
