Are f21 kernels expected to work on f20 systems with nouveau right now?

Kernels after 3.13-rc7 are not booting on an F20 i686 machine with an NV28 with 
a traceback in the nouveau code. I am wondering if there is some nouveau 
related change that would make this expected or if I should file a bug on this?
