With dom0 coming from one place and domU from another, I get the creeps
about ABI differences when they're on different versions.

No worries there.  RHEL5 GA Xen kernels run on the latest
Xen hypervisor, without any patches applied.  This is the
dom0 kernel, even ...

The guest interface is even more stable.
