Well, the latest F8 kernels have a newer version of the iwlwifi
drivers; some folks have reported that it works much better for them.
It still doesn't work for me, but maybe you'll get lucky.
You can both try the latest test kernels for F7 at
http://people.redhat.com/davej/kernels/Fedora/fc7/
Feedback is good as this is a big sticking point for people at the moment.
