I prefer it to hunting for the Logout menu item with a mouse.

Note that the point-and-click method gives a different result. You get
two options, Logout and Cancel, and Logout is the preselected default.
This is why the logic of the Ctrl-Alt-Del default is beyond my
comprehension.
