key of "Show Menu bar" is "CTRL + SHIFT + M"
If you want back to X11 `dnf install plasma-workspace-x11`
Anyone else seeing this? Anyone know a fix?

Thanks, Sergio. I had installed plasma-workspace-x11 quite early in
my
upgrade-to-F40 experience, but it soon got auto-erased during one of
the
massive updates and I had not reinstalled it, until I saw this post.
I have just installed it again with no obvious problems, but is it
likely to disappear again during later KDE updates?
The removal of plasma-workspace-x11 on upgrade is deliberate , Me and
Kevin tried remove this deliberate removal , but kde-sig where some
distinguished and former members did not intervene because they were
absent like Rex Dieter , don't let that be dropped
And thank you for that explanation too. I had assumed that
plasma-workspace-x11 had been removed during the KDE-update because of a
real incompatibility, and would perhaps reappear after a rebuild at some
unpredictable time in the future.
I do recognise that continuing support of x11 and legacy (eg nvidia)
hardware may complicate matters, but hiding it to promote the current
flavour of Wayland feels like bad PR.
I'm still finding
parts of the boot process rather fragile (Windows dual-boot in
particular) and more stability would be nice!
But thanks for your work on this.
Thank you, to show your support in this mailing list
