Example:

- Open Dolphin
- Right click on a window title bar
- More Actions -> Configure Special Window Application Settings
- Add Property
- (Search for whatever property you want, in this example: Position)
- Set to "Apply Initially"
- Click "OK"

Now every Dolphin window will open at the same exact spot ( Notice you might 
need a property for the screen as well)
