IMHO Fedora stable releases are stable enough to work , push things to
stable which is not guaranty that is stable is not a good police. The
disaster of kde 4.0 and 5.0 , are a thing that we should avoid 
in this case is not just kde 6.0 is also removing Xorg , defaulting kde
to wayland is one thing, force people use wayland , when wayland still
a terrible experience , when wayland forgot about things like remote
servers (vnc) , clipboard etc and we don't have any good replacement .
it ok for who want test new features , while other can opt in by things
that are used to work
