I ran up a KDE Fedora 34 spin under kvm. No patches applied, I configured the task manager how I like it and it worked fine. Firefox showed multiple times if I clicked on it multiple times. I then applied the F34 patches (via dnf) and rebooted. Again, the task manager and Firefox worked as expected. I have also checked this list archives as I feel that the problem was reported before. Couldn't find anything relevant though. I also checked the current KDE bugs, but couldn't find anything, although my searching may not have been good. I'll have another look later on.
