Issues with current KDE spin on Ideapad 100s

Hi,

I wanted to report some issues with the current KDE spin. While it's great that it includes 32bit EFI and it can be installed normally on Intel Bay Trail systems, it:
- Doesn't provide hardware video acceleration, I think. It's impossible to play videos on VLC/Dragon/Totem/Firefox because they change frames like once a minute. They became somewhat usable with one of the vdpau intel packages, but I can't recall which one
- The performance is really bad. Simple commands in Konsole, like "ls", can lag noticeably. Cursor freezes often. Opening applications lags the whole system. I have no idea what's the reason - CPU usage in htop was far below 100% and there was free RAM available. I've tried to mess with the swappiness and cache pressure, but it didnt't solve the issue.

Kubuntu 19.10 works out of the box with none of those issues.
I can't really provide lot of input because I've changed the system and the laptop isn't mine - but I wanted to report those problems.

Thanks for all the hard work,
brzegorz
