Not sure when this started, but I've noticed that some(?) GTK application windows are not shown in my plasma pager. Thus far, I've seen this with Firefox, Thunderbird, and virt-manager.
It turns out that the toolkit used to create the application doesn't matter; it was the screen on which the window "resided." I was hitting this upstream bug: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=414849 Which is fixed here: https://cgit.kde.org/plasma-desktop.git/commit/?id=2b5e86323f180f0c51ef9af898a69a522bc379ad Fedora BZ here: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1786665 (It isn't clear when upstream will cut a new release, so it would certainly be nice to get a respin with the fix included. I must admit that I didn't really realize how much I depend on the pager to get a view of all the windows on my 8 virtual desktops X 3 screens!) -- ======================================================================== Ian Pilcher arequipeno@xxxxxxxxx -------- "I grew up before Mark Zuckerberg invented friendship" -------- ======================================================================== _______________________________________________ kde mailing list -- kde@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send an email to kde-leave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/kde@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
