But to make it work, you need to change a couple of settings. in Configure>Receiving>Modify... Go to the Advanced Tab In Connection Settings, don't use Auto-detect with "Gmail" as Authentication. Instead use: Encryption: SSL/TLS Port: 993 Authentication: NTLM And use this with your App password given by Google.
