A known issue apparently Garry :- https://mail.kde.org/pipermail/kde-pim/2019-August/042400.html I managed to now retrieve Email by setting up two step verification (again) and once setup generate a verification password for use with Kmail etc.. However I cannot send Email from Gmail and I assume this is related.
