This started happening in F27 and the upgrade to F28 did not fix it. The process /usr/bin/python3 /usr/bin/dnfdragora-updater is running but nothing is showing in the systray and "System Tray Settings --> Entries" has no dnfdragora entry. Suggestion as how to troubleshoot? -- Conjecture is just a conclusion based on incomplete information. It isn't a fact.
