I recently noticed that when using Kompare to check file differences, that when I have Kompare apply differences, then save, the changed file has file permissions changed to 0600. My umask is set to 0002. Is there a configuration file where I can cause it to stop changing file permissions? I am on a fully updated Fedora 27 workstation.
