i can dance and sing how i want - that's the most right poistion where
it snaps back and when you look on the window ordering you probably
realize why it makes me angry

there could be some more visble from the konsole in the background

the idea is simple - browing the web while keep track of incoming mails,
a background terminal task, the alters/tasks of the vcenter clsuter in
teh vnc-session and at the same time the local widgets

top-positioning is the same, in theory i can bring it more up but when
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1544245 hits the would be
moved down again and in that case even worse re-scaled

that you can't position things on your desktp grid-less or adjust the
dimensions of said grid in 2018 is unbelieveable given that it worked
before the new rewrite iteration called plasma5 arrived
