Those packages contains only translations for Qt4 applications shipped with
Dthe "KDE Applications" bundle. The translations of all the Qt 5 stuff
(Frameworks, Plasma, Qt5 applications in "KDE Applications". and all the other
applications with independent release schedule) are part of their respective
tarballs.
All the programs that you mentioned in the initial email of this thread are
Qt5-based.
