(yes i have symlinked the KF5 servicemenus folder whereever it is
located long ago in my userhome so that both worlds show my own)

/usr/share/kde4/services/ServiceMenus/kdesvn_subversion.desktop
kdesvn-1.7.0-2.fc26.x86_64
the location should *really* befixed because then everything is
available in new filemanager applications as well as folderview and to
be honest that should have shipped symlinks all the time out of the box

both are essential, especially "show all unversioned files" after bigger
refactoring in a source tree to make sure everything keeps versioned
