I tried # dnf --enablerepo updates-testing update
and got >100 packages, but still the same result, with the same
plasma-workspace package. I haven't found 5.8.6-3. Perhaps it will turn
up soon...
Also 20 kmail-ish packages skipped for broken dependencies.
