Hi,

Device Notifier is definitely broken. Sometimes it works fine, but for unknown reason - every once a while it falls back to reporting the "Mallformed URL" erratic error. It doesn't seem to be USB device dependent. When it is misbehaving - it is doing so for all devices which it was mounting properly and launching in Dolphin before.
There is also another error: once a device is mounted, there is no more option "Open with File Manger", instead there is a message: "You are not authorized to mount this device".
