Now, disabling warnings system-wide by default is another matter, and something kde-sig would need to discuss. Is that something you want us to consider? (I'm assuming yes)
i consider you to find the reason why after upgrade to F24 with the samke KDE 5.7.x packages as on F23 that flood started at all without touching anything else than F23->F24
