If you use KHelpCenter, you don't need to know where the files are, and the 
naming could also be misleading. 
In fact the documentation we are talking about is available from KHelpCenter.

The problem here is different, there is a regression in handling of a special 
key in the application desktop file which points to the documentation. So 
usual Help->xyz Manual menu entry does not work.
