Actually, the LibreOffice gradient issue I spoke of is a different one, illustrated here: https://forum.kde.org/viewtopic.php?f=309&t=133552 As pointed out to the poster, removing libreoffice-kde4 will solve the gradient-issue but then you get GTK-dialogues. I've seen another fix which involves editing a file in /etc/profile.d but that again forces GTK-dialogues, so pick your poison I guess. However, with light/grey themes it's barely noticeable.
