I've noticed something strange and was wondering if anyone might have clues as to what is going on. I have a Lenovo ideapad with a radeon chipset. Everything appeared fine with F23 - but
when I upgraded to F24 I started having issues getting a blank screen instead of the KDE login prompt screen from SDDM.
If I boot into single user mode, and then issue an init 5 command, everything works fine.
Any idea as to what this might be? I would think if it were a display driver problem the init 5 wouldn't work either.
So to recap: Normal boot - blank screen
Single user mode, followed by init 5 - everything works.
