This morning I was greeted by my display settings being all messed up. I got that straightened out, but konsole still has a problem. It comes up with the menubar off the top edge of the screen. I can resize and move it using the taskbar. Then I can verify 'use current size on startup' is checked in konsole/settings/general. But on restart, it's the same.
