Rex has already answered by I came across something interesting in sddm.conf 
which you may find useful.

man sddm.conf

HaltCommand=
              Halt command.  Default value is "/usr/bin/systemctl poweroff".
RebootCommand=
              Reboot command.  Default value is "/usr/bin/systemctl reboot".
