it happens here (panel also on top) only when "konsole" explodes after some hours "tail -f" in two different ssh-sessions and some remote "htop" instances
it starts with "lines eating others" in tail as well as normal outputs, closing konsole crashs plasma nearly and due the explode of the desktop while it revopvers itself at least my vnc window starts under the panel
