Hi guys, I just noticed that when hovering a plasmoid on the desktop, it does not show the border that was appearing in previous version, containing buttons for resize, settings, rotation. This systems to be unavailable since the update onto KF 5.18 or Plasma 5.5.1. In noticed that moving arround the plasmoid when just clicking on the border and dragging it arround seems to be working fine. But at least no option for rotation anymore. I tried to google for modification that had been made to KF removing these borders, but couldn't find anything. Can anyone confirm that this is an wanted change or can confirm that the border does not appear on his system as well when plasmoids are unlocked?
