It's ultimately up to you, of course, but I think trying to replace all kf5 
apps with their older kde4 counterparts may be counterproductive (and a 
*lot* more work)

Examples include: dolphin, khelpcenter, kdesu

Exceptions that are good to fix/replace: 
apper (updater applet)
kde-runtime-kuiserver
