It's a kdelibs4 app, it should support SNI just fine. The problem is that it comes from kde-workspace 4. Rex Dieter is now looking into making it available again. An additional patch might be needed to not try to run it through kdeinit (can't run a kdelibs4 app from Plasma 5 through kdeinit, it needs to be run through the normal executable).
