Also , the arrow cursor changes back and forth from the "softer" arrow to the more angular one in different locations around window borders FWIW, see my previous message about what I did to get the cursor to change shape as you'd expect. Also, I installed and switched to the air-oxygen window decorations and the polishedstones theme and borders are now visible/apparent.
