These are local folders. They are folders I created to filter mail
into, that I now don't want.
Have you tried deleting them using Akonadi Console, I had a similar problem
sometime ago and this worked for me.
I just tested this by creating some folders then deleting them and it works
here KDE-4.11.00 (thanks Rex)
