Being impatient, I gave it a try.
sudo yum --enablerepo=updates-testing install libkscreen
...
fedpkg clone kscreen
fedpkg local

By not providing "FindQJSON.cmake" in CMAKE_MODULE_PATH this project has
asked CMake to find a package configuration file provided by "QJSON", but
CMake did not find one.
Could not find a package configuration file provided by "QJSON" (requested
version 0.8) with any of the following names:
QJSONConfig.cmake
qjson-config.cmake
Add the installation prefix of "QJSON" to CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH or set
"QJSON_DIR" to a directory containing one of the above files. If "QJSON"
provides a separate development package or SDK, be sure it has been
installed.
