I think its better to put Kate in KDE Software Development rather than
kdesdk. kdesdk is for people developing KDE apps, right? Since Kate is a
generic text editor and not just limited to developing KDE apps, it can
be put in some other generic group.

Kate is an advanced editor, but we're likely never going to be happy installing 2 editors by default (both kwrite and kate).

Adding it to KDE Software Development group is ok with me.
