Oversight, kdesdk is included, but we missed re-adding kate when it was
split out and packaged separately.

So, did you somehow not get kdesdk either?
This happened again with F17.
I think its better to put Kate in KDE Software Development rather than
kdesdk. kdesdk is for people developing KDE apps, right? Since Kate is a
generic text editor and not just limited to developing KDE apps, it can
be put in some other generic group.
