Working fine here with one exception. If you already have things set
up using the old authentication method then is uses that and refuses
to use the new oauth ("Authenticate with Twitter Service" button opens
the page but the dialog to enter the code never shows). Deleting the
Twitter account in settings and recreating it causes it to work as
expected. Everything else seems to work as expected. Using
F-13/KDE-4.5.0
