I always seems to have to fiddle around with it just to be able to see contact information. I've followed all the guide, all the services that I don't use are running: Nepomunuku, Sringi, etc. and when I want to see someone's telephone number, I double click on their name, and get the blank dialog. I already followed the published info for resolving this. I can't be the only one using the KDE address book, yet I am not doing anything special with it.
