Some people are more sensitive and even small change can confuse them. Some 
people would take really big change... This is more than stability proposal, 
compromise proposal - you will get one "stable and conservative" release and 
of course one "not as stable/aggressive" release. Stable in terms for example 
UI changes etc., not talking about breaking something.
