enable nepomuk (by default) for f11/f12 too?

I fully agree with this... However.... it should be noted, that with Strigi 
disabled, the "Big scary error message gets triggerd." And then an error 
message is produced by Akonadi stating that nepomuk is not loaded into dbus.

Gonna go check this again right now and report back.
