The QtSQL driver 'QMYSQL' is required by your current Akonadi server configuration and was found on your system.

Try this....

First make sure that all you quit all your kdepim programs and open up a 
console and run the following commands.

akonadictl stop
rm  -r ~/.local/share/akonadi/db_data
mysql_install_db --datadir=$HOME/.local/share/akonadi/db_data/
akonadictl start
