You can add this to /etc/yum.repos.d and then packagekit (or any of its 
incantations) well check this for you (as well as updating as soon as there 
are new versions:

$ cat /etc/yum.repos.d/chromium.repo
[chromium]
name=Chromium Test Packages
baseurl=http://spot.fedorapeople.org/chromium/F$releasever/
enabled=1
gpgcheck=0
