Possible, but since xdvi is a pure X11 application (at least I would expect it 
to be, I'm not a user of it), I doubt KDE changed anything. I'd say something in 
inotify changed.

One thing I love about Okular is that it does wrap-around when grab scrolling 
(when hitting the bottom of the screen, the mouse goes to the top of the screen 
and vice versa). I wish gwenview had this for panning over images?
