That one's handled by the MinGW SIG. KDE SIG interest in it is fairly low
given that it doesn't even contain all the modules required to build kdewin
yet, plus of course kdewin won't be our primary focus (though I'm
personally interested in it so I can build my apps for the inferior
operating system :-) ).
