KMail and Kgpg not playing nicely together

gnupg2-2.0.9-3.fc10.i386
gnupg-1.4.9-4.fc10.i386

Mandriva uses the same gnupg2-2.0.9-3 but a slightly different version of gnupg 
- 1.4.9-5.
