I followed the steps listed at http://forums.fedoraforum.org/showthread.php?t=206868 even though I didn't think it was really going to help and initially, it didn't. But after two reboots, sound decided to work again. It didn't on the first, worked on the second. <Shrug> If we had 26 hours in the day, I'd spend some time trying to figure out exactly what it was that fixed the problem.... :-) Paul
