Hi all, You may all be aware of the issues that we have been encountering for a while now on pagure.io with spam. This, combined with the current work being done on the forgejo deployment, I'd love to propose that we, as soon as possible, disable the creation of new repositories on pagure.io. this should stop at least some of the spam in the form of new repos.
