I'm still unsure if that means we only do gp3 or what is the list of
ones we do after this change?

Are Fedora-Cloud images all set for uefi?

Sure, but note there's 2 things here:

* What fedimg uploads for ALL FEDORA images

and

* What settings the particular instances we are running in fedora infra
are doing.

We can change our instances to gp3/uefi/IDMSv2 as soon as the freeze is
over. The fedimg changes should be only after the change is approved by
fesco.
